"Every man should pull a boat over a mountain once in his life".

Werner Herzog

Somewhere in the middle of every production there's usually that tipping point moment when you go from "there's no way we're going to finish this" to "this is going to be awesome" - the moment the boat crests the top of the mountain.  When you're in the thick of things, making films can be an (embarrassingly) all-consuming part of your life , so you'd better love what you do...and at AMF that comes naturally.

In a world where it's getting harder and harder to tell the difference between one new super-hero/serial killer/auto massacre film and the next, we are committed to bringing you types of films that are more interested in exploring how people are put together, than how they can be taken apart.

Inspired by the work of such modern luminaries as Kubrick, Jeunet, Gondry, Herzog, Jonze and Zucker, movies are simply the stuff we're made of.
